Shipping & Returns

USPS Priority Mail service is used for shipping. Items are shipped out within 1-2 business days upon payment received. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays. Allow up to 3 - 6 days delivery once your item is shipped. Insurance is optional for domestic USA shipping only. Insurance cost is $1.70 for products under $50 and $2.15 for products over $50. Insurance is not included in the shipping.

Overseas purchases will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International ONLY. These rates through the USPS vary depending on your location ranging from $20 to $36. Items will not fit in a small Flat Rate Box. Allow up to 10 days delivery to clear customs. Insurance is not offered on International packages.

Delivery confirmation is free and will be provided upon request. I am not responsible for any packages that are lost or delayed in shipping. This is something I have no control over. I will be happy to investigate a lost package but will not give refunds for items not insured.

Returns

My goal is to make sure you are pleased and enjoy your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your item or something is wrong, please contact me right away so we can work it out. You can return your item after contacting me first. Product must be in the original condition, within 7 days and I will fully refund you for the item minus the shipping. If you happen to believe that I misrepresented the item, I will refund you including shipping once item is returned. My goal is to make you happy!
